Integrated Cleanroom Engineering Within a Rapid 3-Month Timeline

The key challenge of this project was transforming a 4,000 sq.m. area into operational ISO 8 cleanrooms within a limited 3-month timeframe. VOV’s engineering team efficiently managed the cleanroom construction project, covering the following Scope of Work:

Air Conditioning and Ventilation System: Installation of HVAC, M&E, Ducting, and Centralized Control systems, featuring FFUs and ULPA Filters integrated with smart software.
Architectural and Internal Structure: Installation of PIR Walls, automatic door systems (Auto Door) , and Conductive Floor Tiles to ensure maximum safety for electronic components.
Safety and Utility Systems: Utility Hook Up services and Fire Fighting systems.

Quality Guaranteed by NEBB (USA) Standard Testing

To ensure SANMINA’s confidence in their production environment, every area of this project underwent Cleanroom Testing & Certification and is NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau), USA. .
