Our Turnkey service covers everything from consultation, structural design, construction and system installation (Build), through to testing and commissioning in accordance with international standards
What is the NEBB standard for cleanroom testing?
NEBB is an international standard from the United States that certifies the accuracy of HVAC systems and cleanrooms. VOV has an in-house team of directly NEBB-certified engineers
Do you build small cleanrooms? What is the minimum area required for a construction project?
VOV Group focuses on serving corporate and industrial-scale projects. We provide cleanroom design and construction (Turnkey) services for areas of 300 square meters or more. This ensures that the engineering systems, architectural structures, and HVAC systems work together at maximum efficiency, providing the best return on investment and perfectly meeting ISO/NEBB standards
How often should a cleanroom be tested?
According to ISO 14644 guidelines, factories and hospitals should conduct cleanroom performance validation at least once a year (or every 6 months for high-class cleanrooms, such as ISO Class 5 and below). This involves testing HEPA filter leakage, measuring airborne particle counts, and checking air pressure. VOV has an NEBB engineering team ready to provide official testing and certification services
