VOV International extends our gratitude to UTAC , a global leader in semiconductor assembly and test services (listed on SGX - ST), for trusting us to execute the Turnkey Cleanroom Design and Construction project to elevate their Semiconductor IC Test & Assembly production lines to international standards.
Integrated Cleanroom Engineering Within a Rapid 4-Month Timeline
The challenge of this project was managing a 2,000 sq.m. area to be operational within just 4 months, while maintaining peak precision in cleanliness and environmental control according to ISO 7 standards. VOV’s team designed and delivered a perfect integrated system across all dimensions of the Scope of Work, including:
Climate and Particle Control System: Installation of HVAC, M&E, Ducting, and Control systems, featuring FFUs paired with ULPA Filters and high-precision software control.
Structural and Architectural Work: Installation of PIR Walls, automatic door systems (Auto Door) , and Aluminum Raised Floors (AL) with Anti-static Conductive Floor Tiles, which are essential for the chip assembly process.
Infrastructure Support Systems: Utility Hook Up services and Fire Fighting systems.
Tested and Certified by NEBB (USA) Standards
To ensure UTAC can conduct semiconductor testing and assembly with total confidence, this cleanroom underwent Cleanroom Testing & Certification and is certified by NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau), USA. This guarantees 100% efficiency in dust, temperature, and humidity control as designed.
