Aluminum Raised Floor
The Aluminum Raised Floor a flooring system manufactured using a Die-Casting process. It is lightweight yet offers exceptionally high load capacity, is non-dusting, and features Anti-Static properties. It is ideal for cleanrooms (ISO Class 1-6), the semiconductor industry, and Data Centers. It is available in Solid, Perforated, and Grating panel options to provide an excellent ventilation system.

The Aluminum (AL) raised access floor panels are manufactured using a high-pressure vacuum Die Casting process from solid aluminum Ingots. For Surface Treatment, options range from Epoxy Powder coating and Hammertone Coating to Nickel and Chrome Electroplating, ensuring optimal corrosion resistance and long-lasting wear durability.
These aluminum panels are seamlessly covered with anti-static PVC tiles (ESD PVC Tile). This specific type of raised floor is exceptionally suitable for Cleanrooms requiring strict environmental controls, fully complying with ISO Class 1 to Class 6 standards.
