This project is a success that proves our speed and professionalism in elevating large-scale production areas to international standards within a limited timeframe.
Engineering Systems: Cleanroom Construction Addressing ISO 5 to 7 Particle Control
Under the challenge of a 4-month timeline across 3,000 sq.m., VOV’s engineering team executed the cleanroom construction , covering areas with varying cleanliness requirements from ISO 5 and 6 to 7 to match each production stage. Key Scope of Work highlights include:
Smart Air Filtration System: Installation of FFUs integrated with ULPA particle filters, controlled via precision software to manage the environment to strict standards.
Premium Protective Structures and Materials: Installation of PIR Walls with heat insulation properties and dust-free surfaces, along with Automatic Door systems.
Electronics Production Flooring System: Installation of Aluminum Raised Floors (AL) to facilitate under-floor systems and prevent static electricity impacts on HDD components.
Tested and Certified by NEBB (USA)
To ensure MPT can operate without concern, every cleanroom in this project underwent Cleanroom Testing & Certification and is certified by NEBB (National Environmental Balancing Bureau), USA.
