VOV International extends our gratitude to SUNWODA, a world-class manufacturer of batteries and electric vehicle components (listed on SZ: 300207 & SIX Swiss: SWD), for trusting our cleanroom construction services on a Build-to-Suit basis. This project represents a significant milestone, reinforcing SUNWODA’s commitment to expanding its large-scale production base to meet the rapidly growing global demand in the EV (Electric Vehicle) industry.
A Mega Project Challenge: Massive Scale
This project involved construction for Phase 1 (out of a total 8-phase plan) across a massive area of 80,000 square meters. VOV International’s team of engineers and specialists dedicated their full resources to rigorous Project Management, ensuring the delivery of ISO 6 and ISO 7 standard cleanrooms within a highly challenging 2-month schedule. The key Scope of Work included:
Air Conditioning and Ventilation System (HVAC): Designed high-precision temperature and humidity control systems, which are vital for battery and EV production lines.
Stainless Steel Ducting (SUS Duct): Utilized premium-grade Stainless Steel Ducts to prevent chemical corrosion, reduce dust accumulation, and sustainably maintain peak cleanliness according to ISO 6 and 7 standards.
