Why VOV is Your Best Partner?

Accelerate Your Business ROI
We help select the most "cost-effective" materials without over-speccing, reducing construction costs and long-term energy bills to speed up your ROI

Transparent Expertise
We provide honest information, cutting through complex jargon so you can make informed decisions based on clarity and accuracy

FM Approvals Safety Standards
Fire resistance for 1-3 hours certified by FM Approvals. Moving beyond basic tests, we prioritize maximum safety
Amateur Test
Tested with a lighter (Non-standardized)
Professional FM Test
Full-scale furnace testing (International standard)

WARNING
The Truth About Fire Safety Standards
Some sellers use a "lighter test" to claim fire resistance, which is an incorrect method and dangerously misleading
At VOV, we adhere to FM Approvals and real-scale furnace tests to guarantee that our panels withstand actual, severe fire conditions

FAQ
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) panels are chemically enhanced versions of PU (Polyurethane). They offer significantly superior "Fire Retardant" properties compared to standard PU. When exposed to high heat, PIR forms a carbonaceous char layer, inhibiting flame spread and reducing toxic smoke.
We recommend Rock Wool Panels, as rock wool is a "Non-combustible" material. It can withstand temperatures exceeding 1,000°C and meets FM Approvals standards. Certified for 1-3 hours of fire resistance, ideal for high-risk factories or warehouses.
